Reclaim your Colour
Is your life stuck in black and white… when it was always meant to be in colour?
A gentle, guided 60-minute breathwork session with Cindy Lu Porter, for women who are tired of just getting through the day and ready to feel vivid again.

Remember black and white television?
The picture was still there. You could still follow the story. But everything looked flat… a little lifeless… like something was missing, even if you couldn’t quite name it.
That’s survival mode. Life is still “on”. You’re still showing up for work, for your family, for everyone who needs you. But somewhere along the way the picture went flat. The days blur together. Nothing quite feels vivid anymore.
Then colour TV arrived, and suddenly the same picture had depth, warmth and life in it. Nothing about the story changed. It was always there. It just needed the right signal to show it fully.
You are not broken because your life feels grey right now. You’ve simply been running on the old signal: the one that only knows how to survive, not live.
4 quiet signs you’ve been living your life in black and white
- You describe good days as “not bad” instead of actually good.
- Things that used to excite you now feel like one more thing on the list.
- You get through an entire week and barely remember any of it.
- You’re waiting for a weekend, a holiday, or “someday” to actually feel something.
Surviving
The black and white version of your life. Getting by. Going through the motions.
Thriving
The full colour version of your life. Depth, warmth, and feeling like you again.
Colour rarely comes back all at once. It returns the same way it faded: gradually, through small, deliberate choices. No new job, new city or whole new life required.

Hi, I’m Cindy Lu Porter
I’m a Results Coach, Neuro Transformation Therapy Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator and Artist based in Melbourne, and I help women rediscover their peace and joy after life setbacks.
This work comes from lived experience. When my husband became critically ill and unresponsive for months, I was thrown into trauma survival mode, and my own life went grey. Painting became my lifeline, and Neuro Transformation Therapy helped me heal and reshape my inner world.
I’ve sat with women who’d been living in grey for so long they’d forgotten it wasn’t normal. And I’ve been privileged to watch the colour come back into their lives, bit by bit, until one day they were actually living again.
